We collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you interact with the Site. We also receive information from third-party service providers who help us deliver and improve our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, fulfill, and improve our roofing services, including scheduling, dispatch, project management, warranty fulfillment, and customer support;
- To respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and service requests;
- To send transactional SMS and email communications you have opted in to receive, including appointment confirmations, reminders, dispatch alerts, and service updates;
- To send marketing communications when you have separately opted in to receive them, including seasonal promotions, storm-season reminders, and financing announcements;
- To process payments, manage financing applications, and prevent fraud;
- To analyze website performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve user experience through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools;
- To maintain records of your communication preferences, consent, and opt-in status as required by the TCPA and other applicable laws;
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to law enforcement, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the rights, property, and safety of RoofX, our customers, and the public.
4. SMS and Text Messaging Communications
RoofX operates two distinct SMS messaging programs through GoHighLevel and Twilio: a transactional program for appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates, and a marketing program for promotional offers and seasonal communications. Each program requires its own separate opt-in. For the complete program terms, sample messages, frequency, opt-out instructions, and supported carriers, please see our Terms and Conditions.
4.1 Consent Records
When you opt in to an SMS program, we record your phone number, the program you opted in to, the date and time of your consent, the consent language presented to you, and the channel through which you opted in (web form, keyword text, or other). These records are maintained for the duration required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law.
4.2 Opt-Out Processing
When you reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a RoofX message, your opt-out is processed immediately within the SMS platform and recorded with a timestamp. We send one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. After confirmation, you will receive no further messages from that program unless you re-opt in.
4.3 Mobile Data Protection Statement
Information sharing to subcontractors that directly support message delivery (specifically, our SMS aggregators GoHighLevel and Twilio) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and to use the information only for message-delivery purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
RoofX uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to collect technical and behavioral information when you interact with the Site. The table below lists the primary tracking technologies we use.

5.1 How We Use Tracking Technologies
We use these technologies to measure website performance, understand how visitors find and use the Site, deliver and measure advertising on Google and Meta platforms, retarget visitors with relevant ads after they leave the Site, and improve overall user experience. Some of these activities may constitute the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act), specifically the sharing of online identifiers and browsing data with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5.2 Your Tracking Choices
You can control tracking technologies through the following methods:
- Browser controls— Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Site.
- Global Privacy Control— We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing for users whose state law recognizes them, including California.
- Google opt-out— You may opt out of Google Analytics through Google’s Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and you may manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Meta opt-out— You may manage Meta ad preferences within your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Industry opt-outs— You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
- Direct request — You may email inquiries@roofxincfl.com to request that we limit the use of online tracking for your visit.

6.4 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose personal information when required by law, in response to valid law enforcement or government requests, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RoofX, our customers, our employees, or the public.
6.5 Business Transfers
If RoofX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
