Loose shingles and dried-out flashing are cheap to fix on a calm day and expensive to discover mid-hurricane. When a named storm tracks toward our area, members get a complimentary pre-storm inspection before the wind arrives.
When it hits
Priority storm response
When a hurricane hits Tampa Bay, every roofer’s phone lights up at once and tarping queues stretch for days. Priority Care members go to the front of the line for emergency service and tarping. While others wait, your home gets covered first.
Covers light maintenance on one residential property. Major repairs and heavy restoration work — including gutters packed from years without cleaning or storm damage requiring an insurance claim — are quoted separately at our standard pricing. No pressure, ever.
