Priority Care puts that attention on a schedule, so you are not thinking about your roof until we have already looked at it.
It covers light maintenance on one residential property. Major repairs and heavy restoration work, including gutters packed from years without cleaning or storm damage that needs an insurance claim, are quoted separately at our standard pricing. No pressure, ever.

Two Maintenance Visits a Year
Roof swept and debris cleared. Light gutter cleaning. Sealant touched up on pipe boots, vents and flashings. Lifted shingles resealed. High, low or exposed nails corrected.
Free Annual Roof Report
Dated photos and documentation of your roof’s condition and everything we serviced, delivered to you for your file. It supports insurance claims and warranty records.
Pre-Storm Roof Check
Loose shingles and dried-out flashing are cheap to fix on a calm day. When a named storm tracks toward our area, members get a complimentary check before the wind arrives.
Priority Storm Response
When a hurricane hits Tampa Bay, every roofer’s phone lights up at once. Members go to the front of the line for emergency service and tarping.

What does Roof X Priority Care include?
Two maintenance visits a year, every 6 months: roof sweep and debris removal, light gutter cleaning, sealant touch-ups on pipe boots, vents and flashings, resealing of lifted shingles, and correction of high, low or exposed nails. Members also get a free annual photo roof report, a complimentary pre-storm roof check when a named storm approaches, and front-of-the-line emergency and tarping service during hurricanes.
How much does Priority Care cost?
$499 per year, covering one residential property and both service visits. There are no per-visit charges for the included light maintenance.
What happens if you find bigger damage during a visit?
We document it with photos and give you honest options at our standard repair pricing, with no emergency markups or pressure. Major repairs, heavily clogged gutter clean-outs and storm-damage claims are quoted separately. If you don’t need the work, we’ll tell you.
Does Roof X need to have installed my roof to enroll?
No. Priority Care is open to any homeowner in our Tampa Bay and Greater Orlando service area. Enrollment starts with a free estimate so we know exactly what roof we are caring for.
What exactly is priority storm response?
Two things. Before a named storm reaches our area, members get a complimentary pre-storm roof check to secure loose shingles and vulnerable flashing. If a hurricane hits, members go to the front of the line for emergency service and tarping.
Is maintenance worth it on a newer roof?
Yes. Year five of a new roof is a good time to start, and older roofs benefit right away. Florida’s UV, heat and storm cycle is hard on roofs, and small problems like a dried-out pipe boot are cheap to fix early.
